I am so excited! I have been thinking about this for some time, but I just never did anything about till now. I am still one of those people that like to write things down. It gives me a tactile connection and it helps me remember things better. One of the things I am finding in my daily – especially with everything being online is that my collection of passwords don’t ever seem to shrink. If anything they keep growing.

You too? Yeah, it’s crazy. Here’s my other problem. I get on to a new website, I sign up for this or that, and you know how the process goes… I scribble my log-in info on a scrap piece of paper, a sticky note, or a discarded envelope from a bill. I’m feeling good, I wrote down my info, but inevitably what happens? My info ends up lost, misplaced, or even thrown away.

So I started thinking that having a little notebook would make my life so much easier to keep things organized. And then a good friend was recently doing something and she had mentioned about forgetting her passwords and having to recreate her log-ins and all the trouble she had to go through, and that it would have been simpler had she had her passwords.

I took that as a sign that I needed to move forward with this project that’s been tumbling around in my head. And I did! And it feels great! I don’t know whether other people will find it helpful, but I am hoping they will. I can’t be the only one that is scatter brained when it comes to passwords. Yes, you can also use just a plain old notebook to do the same thing, but having a designated notebook specifically designed to keep your passwords is so much cooler. Plus there’s text that prompts you to write down info you’ll need later. Trust me on this. As a mid-lifer, my memory banks have become very selective on what it decides to keep.

My hope is that the simplicity of the notebook is actually going to be its best feature. Users of the notebook can use it anyway they want. The hubs said I should have alphabetized the pages. I did think about it, but for me when I have to write things down for the sake of writing things down at the moment, I don’t want to flip pages to find the right section. In the end, alphabetizing would probably save time, but for this notebook project, my goal was for the books to be collectors of information. Write your info down on any page. So long as you write it down. It’ll be there for you to find later. Simple.

The notebook comes in three different designs to start. You can preview three cover designs below.

Again, I wanted these to be simple and understated, but useful and value filled for the user.

I am so excited for these and I hope you will love them as much as I do!
